The Hatco GRS2G Glo-Ray 2-Go Heated Shelf is designed to specifically hold a large quantity of hot food at once. This shelf can hold bags and boxes of food for up to 30 minutes with a temperature range up to 93˚c, making it ideal for fast food and takeaway businesses. The 2 shelves include a touchscreen control which indicates a separate timer and heated base (that is thermostatically controlled) for each shelf, to keep your food at the optimum temperature while waiting to be picked up. Optional back (FZ274) and side panels (FZ271) are one panel per shelf, giving you the flexibility to customize your unit. Keep some off for pass-through capabilities and leave some on for single-sided access.
