The Woodson Hot Food Well ensures that the optimum temperature is always maintained to deliver food quality and safety. The mechanical thermostat control allows for temperature adjustment from 30°C - 120°C.
The air insulated tank with double skinned stainless steel construction results in superior heat holding.The hot food well fits Woodson gastronorm pans up to 150mm deep (sold separately).
