The UF1300SDF Gastronom Stainless Steel 1300L Upright Storage Freezer is a cooling machine that features self-closing doors to keep the interiors properly insulated, allowing hassle-free retail operation and energy efficiency for owners.
Food and beverage items can be stored on 1/1 Gastronom trays mounted on top of stainless steel rails. The freezer’s corrosion-resistant outer casing is insulated on all four sides to minimise energy consumption. This works by allowing the refrigeration system to operate efficiently only when needed. A Dixell digital controller is also fitted for precise temperature maintenance, with a range between -22°C to +18°C. The chiller has front lockable castors that make transport and clean up easier for storeowners.
