Hobart Detergent HLB-20
Ideal for use in both glasswashers and dishwashers, Hobart's HLB-20 detergent is highly effective at cleaning glassware and bistro crockery. Its great cleaning power also removes persistent colorant and tannin residue too.
It's odour-free which means it won't taint the flavour and smell of your drinks and food. The detergent is only suitable for commercial use, and you must adhere to the dosage instructions.
