Culinaire Food Warming Drawers uses heat pads that are thermostatically controlled to ensure a uniform heat throughout. This ensures that your food is warmed gently, resulting in a better appearance, taste, and longer holding life. Food must be heated above 65°C before being placed in the warming drawer.
