Designed to keep busy baristas moving quickly, the Mazzer Robur Automatic Grinder is a great fit for high volume cafes that struggle to keep up (or intend on being very busy soon). Featuring 71mm conical burrs, a stepless grind collar, and an auto-grinding function that gives you a steady supply of fresh grounds, it’s a powerful companion of the fast-paced cafe.

The 71mm steel conical burrs deliver consistently uniform espresso grounds quickly. The stepless grind collar gives you complete control over the grind size and doesn’t limit you to handful of pre-determined settings.

Never run out of fresh grounds with the Robur’s auto-grinding feature. Every 12 doses, the grinder runs and fills the doser to ensure you have a steady supply of grounds. Dispensing into your portafilter is quick and consistent, delivering between 5.5 and 8g of coffee per dose, depending on your needs.

The large 1.8kg hopper keeps you pulling shots for long periods of time in-between refills and a cooling fan keeps the entire device a steady temperature.
