Mazzer Kony S Electronic Coffee Grinder

The beautifully built Mazzer Kony Electronic coffee grinder is perfect for moderate / high volume outlets and is as strong and durable as the rest of the Mazzer range. This is the electronic model, so it features a programmable keypad for precise dosing.

The Kony Electronic offers the same style of conical burrs, slower burr rotation, and programmable on-demand doser found in the larger Robur model, but in a smaller footprint. This makes it the perfect choice for anyone with limited space.

Many people love the conical burrs and low RPM (rotations per minute) of the Mazzer Robur, but simply don't have the same production needs to warrant the larger machine. The Kony fills this gap perfectly by offering the same low RPM (500) and a smaller conical burr set (63 mm compared to the Robur's 71mm). The low RPM ensures the coffee is exposed to less heat and therefore hold its freshness longer. The conical burrs are preferred by many baristas for allowing the full and complex flavours to be preserved during the grinding process.
