The Anets SilverPLUS 40AV Gas Tube Fryer uses the highly efficient ‘GasSaver’ tube burner design - providing optimum cooking output and efficiency while reducing flue temperatures. Lower flue emissions from the SilverPLUS fryers equal lower temperatures, resulting in a cooler overall working environment.
